Download and Install plugin
Step One : Install this Wp Database Back Up plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/
Step Two : After Install Go to wordpress dashboard > Plugins > Installed Plugins and activate ( /wp-admin/plugins.php)
Step Three : Go to Tools > Backup ( /wp-admin/tools.php?page=wp-db-backup) and Download backup to your computer
Step Five : Open your root folder with FTP client and download “wp-content” folder completly to your computer
 
Restore the backuped database
Step One : Go to New server/hosting account Cpanel and install wordpress through Softaculous /Quick install or install manually through FTP
Step Two : Open your FTP client with New Server Login credentials and Upload and Replace  ”wp-content”  folder
Step Three : Go to New server/hosting account Cpanel > Php My admin > Select Database and Import .sql file from the downloaded backup file

A $60 LED Bulb From Philips, long lasting up to 20 years

On occasion of Earth Day (April 22), Philips launched a super expensive LED bulb, but that lasts for almost 20 years!
This new Philips LED Bulb was a winner of Bright Tomorrow competition held by US Department of Energy and actually went under 18 months of rigorous testing before being announced as winner. The new LED bulb is designed as more energy-efficient alternative to 60-watt incandescent light bulbs.
The DoE announced a challenge between the electric companies to come-up with an improved energy-efficient bulb and Philips was the only entrant in the competition.

Philips new bulb codenamed as – EnduraLED 10W A19 Dimmable Bulb. It consumes 10-watt of energy and works for 20 long years, considering at a rate of 4 hours per day. Philips engineers claim that, the bulb will collectively save about $3.9 million spent in energy cost per year. A cheaper and less efficient bulb is already being sold in the US markets. 100-watt & 60-watt bulbs are already banned in the US and by 2014, bulbs using 40-watts or more will also be banned.
This new Philips’ $60 LED bulbs seems like a perfect-buy of the Earth Day occasion and now, we will never need to buy a bulb again for almost 20 years.

They say a picture worth thousand words, and screen capture tools gotta help you capture any picture that you think it’s worth thousand words. There are a lot of screen capture tools in the web, but I found the Jing from TechSmith (the same company that forged SnagIt) particularly useful.

Jing allows you to not only capture screen, but also record 5 minutes of screen activities. After the capture, you can also put text, arrow, and frame to give the graphic some annotation, and that’s pretty much everything I need from a screen capture tool.

Airtel users can access Twitter mobile for freeTaking a cue from Facebook, Twitter in association with Airtel is offering free access to Twitter's mobile version. Airtel customers can enjoy Twitter services onhttp://mobile.twitter.com without incurring additional data usage charges.

This offer is valid till March 1, 2012. Users will also be able to get Twitter updates via SMS for free.
